Review: Arrived thawed out, ignored my messages and left me to dispose of their rotting food - Dispatched on Monday and arrived thawed out on Wednesday. Why these were not sent for next day delivery I have no idea. Of the 4 ice bags supposed to keep these frozen, 1 was 2/3 empty, 1 considerably less and the remaining 2 were completely thawed out, so empty. I contacted Bridor on the Wednesday as soon as they arrived. No response to my photos of the problem. I followed up and only get a response the following Monday. I'm left with a box of rotting food that I now have to dispose of and still need to source pastries a week later. Terrible product and terrible service!

i buy these time and time again. they do take a little time in the oven (about 20min) but it's still faster than nipping out to the store and so so much better!
