### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wiggle wire is easier to handle

The aluminum channel is similar to others I have used, albeit is in 6 foot lengths rather than 8 foot, but the wiggle wire is a little heavier gauge, covered in silicone (?), and is a little stronger than the thinner variety without the coating so it stretches the plastic more easily and seats in the channel more securely. That said, once either variety is in place, they seem a foolproof way to hold the plastic in place. One word to the wise...Don't scrimp on the screws if you are screwing the channel into wood. I was surprised to find that my channel that has been in place for about 5 years was quite loose because I had only put one screw every 18" or so. This time I went for about 10".
