I actually bought one and it didn’t work so I returned it and asked amazon to send me a new one. It came right away and I’m so happy the new one works. It’s smaller than I thought it would be. But works great and very simple to use. After 60 days they both quit working. I figured they needed new batteries so I replaced them but that didn’t help. I poured the liquid soap out and cleaned them but that didn’t help either. I tried a different liquid soap and yet again that didn’t help. I cleaned them out, removed the batteries and decided to let them go unused for a while. After 4 months of sitting up, I tried using them again but nothing. This is U-N-B-E-L-I-E-V-A-B-L-E to pay $25 for each and neither work. Now they’re used as displays while we’re back to the old fashioned soap dish technique. I would love to get my money back or replacements that actually work.
