It came and looked as good as the pictures. Unfortunately I had one issue with it. My mouse is a Logitech MK700 and it would not work on the pad. I made an inquiry of the seller and found that my particular mouse was one of the only devices that had issues with the mouse pad. The customer service was great and the look of the item was great. I tried it with a co-workers mouse and it worked fine. I wish that it worked with my own mouse. I recommend this pad (if you don't have an MK700). ### ⭐⭐ My pad does not lay completely flat -- causing issues in using a laser mouse. *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on October 29, 2019* The pad looks nice -- and the leather and stitching are nice. BUT... it is very thin! It seems to be made of a very flimsy cardboard. The pad does NOT lay flat. I've found multiple times within the first 48 hours of use that the mouse pointer on the screen will start to flicker/move rapidly (in a small contained area)... I can only assume that this is because the laser is reading the space between the pad and the mouse (due to it not being completely flat). Also read other reviews complaining that the wrist pad is small -- this is true. The color looks good and matches the images. The bottom of the pad is very soft and I'm not worried about it damaging the desk at all. The craftsmanship is good there is one frayed threat but the rest of the stitches are tight and edges of the pad are smooth. The wrist pad could have done for a little more cushion, but it is comfortable enough and I like the look!
