I used this the other night to put squash in chicken noodle soup and the kids though it was just another noodle.It's easy to use and is fairly straight forward.I didn't give it 5 stars because although they give you a little brush, I found the blades and the area around them difficult to clean. I also think the thing is sharp as heck and is somewhat dangerous sitting in my drawer.
