    This is a high quality skipping ropes. Easily adjustable as the tool is also provided. My partner and myself have been using it for HIIT workouts and impressed with the performance. You also get a skinny version for free. Please see attached video. Overall genuinely impressed with the quality at this price.

I ordered a new item, but it arrived with superficial damage.The damage does not affect use but I am disappointed to have received this item instead of a new one.Otherwise, it feels high quality, is easy to amend the length.Not as heavy as I had hoped

This skipping rope is good quality, adjustable at a fair price.  I bought t for my 15 year old grandson whowe take to the gym and he has a new programme which includes skipping.  He is very pleased with it & its perfect for his needs.
