The 7" LCD Video Monitor Hood / Sunshade by ProAm USA is designed to keep the sun's glare off your monitor so you can see clearly. It fits most LCD Monitors with a 6.5 - 7 inch screen and has a removable bottom section, so you can easily reach your monitor's menu buttons. 2-Piece Construction with Removable Bottom Section Attaches Instantly with Adhesive-Backed Velcro Compact Design for Complete Portability This black nylon wrapped LCD Video Monitor hood is designed specifically for 7” LCD Monitors and is compatible with all ProAm USA monitors of that size. Review: This thing works great if you attach it correctly. - I don't write a lot of reviews, but going through many of the ones for this product it seems like people have a misconception about how to use this product and are writing reviews based upon the product not living up to their misconception, rather than how effective the product is when actually used correctly. The manufacturer cannot possibly know the size of the device you are attaching this to. This is made for a 7 inch SCREEN, and the hood is designed to go around the screen, not the device. This hood is the perfect size for a 7 inch, 16:9 aspect ratio screen. You do not attach this to the top and sides of your device, you attach it around the screen bezel using the provided velcro strips. Please see the attached images. As for how this works: it works great! Once attached with the provided velcro strips, it stays in place even in heavy wind, yet is easily removable. The velcro provided is very low profile, so it won't catch on everything when the hood is not in place. The hood blocks the sunlight, as designed. If I had one complaint with this product, it would be that the bottom piece (since it is removable) does not form a perfect light seal when attached, because of the way it attaches. It would be better if it had flaps to attach to the sides of the top/side piece of the hood rather than just sticking to the bottom. But, it's really not that important, and the light leak is minimal. I can always just stick other pieces of velcro on the places where light leaks if it bothers me too much. 5/5 would buy again
Review: Terrible Flimsy Garbage - I really was hoping that this was going to be a good product. I had purchased sun hoods for monitors by Proam before with much better results in quality. Im not sure what happend here but I am extremely disappointed.

**Q: Will this fit a Garmin 760**
A: Hi. The Garmin Nuvi 760 has is 4.8" W x 3.0" H, so our 7" shade would not fit. I would recommend our 5" LCD Sunshade, which is 5" W x 3.25" H, and should fit around the sides of the Garmin Nuvi 760. We do have a 30 Day return policy if it does not fit correctly. **Q: what will be the measures for this on the shipping package**
A: I ordered it alone, the 2 sections were folded flat, and, as memory serves, it was packed in one of the smaller "bubble-pak" envelopes. Folded flat it is ~ 7 1/2" x 5 1/2" x 1 1/2". Mine came through in fine shape. No guarantee your's would be packed the same but the envelopes do ship pretty cheaply.

### ⭐⭐⭐ Check the demensions of your LCD before you purchase

his sunshade is perfect if it fits your LCD, I bought this sunshade for my 7" LCD however it did not fit properly around the trim of my LCD but all in all I had to practically force it to wrap around my monitor just to have some kind of use the way it supposed to be used.. Also I could not use the bottom art to it because of having to force it but because of my LCD dimensions the bottom portion of my LCD is not enclosed like the picture suggests. But it still gets the job done. Oh yea, it comes with this Velcro strip that u have to place on the LCD to allow the hood to stick which is how I was still able to use at least the top and side portions of the hood.
