Now the Major problem.... it has no shoulders! It is dead weight. Your back and neck will ache for hours after! A cape or cloak must have shoulders. The clasps? Good luck with that. You need baby fingers to make em work. Its sewn below the bottom clasp ...if your head big it won't go over. If it does your choking yourself. I dont know what these other reviews are talking about.
