The top slides (or cones off) to expose the bowl, or cover it up. The bottom is magnetically attached. The entire length and width, inside the 2 magnetic pieces, is the smoke chamber. SUPER easy to clean the screen and chamber, so you'll never have to thread pipe cleaners through it. I've dropped it on rocks, cement, my kitchen floor... works as good as ever. Big contrast to when I've dropped expensive glass pieces in the past (don't remind me).A quick wipe with a rag dipped in alcohol cleans this almost completely. I've used it heavily and it's nice to just get the smoke instead of tar and resin. Since it's magnetic cleaning really couldn't be easier. It also has these dimples inside the pipe that chill the air. It's definitely noticeable.
