I also struggled getting them off in one piece or to stick initially. However after a quick google I read to keep them in the fridge so they come off in one piece and to make sure the spot where you want to place them is wet rather than damp as it says on the packet.The only negative I have is that the black dots are noticeable it they rub off onto bedding however for their effect on spots I can deal with needing a new pillowcase every now and again. ### ⭐ Won't come off the backing sheet *by A***R on 10 September 2021* My teenage daughter feels they do work, when you can get them off the backing sheet, but this is few & far between. I don't recommend them ### ⭐⭐ Inconsistent *by I*** on 14 October 2019* Effective product when they did actually stick to my face! Most of them had no stick whatsoever and at least half of them fell to bits when i tried to get them off the sheet.
