I have a health issue where I need to keep my salt intake up - So I eat about 1/4 bag a night and its been so helpful with my Dysautonomia. They dont have that iodine salty taste and the seeds are large. I found these at my local market but they have not had them since December.I was happy to find them on Amazon-These are also made /grown in the USA in California.These are much better than Davids sunflower seeds.Great to bring a bag to a baseball game. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fresh and Tasty *by M***E on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on June 11, 2012* These sunflower seeds are larger than the standard sunflower seeds you can usually find in your local supermarket (usually the David's brand in my area) so there's more inner seed to eat. There's also a lighter coating of salt from the brine wash on them, so while there's enough salt to make things tasty, your lips aren't going to go numb from all the salt quite as quickly as with the other brand. The shells are easy to crack with your teeth, and they break cleanly; also the bags are filled with full-shelled seeds - there are very few broken ones.I devoured the first batch I ordered, and I'm now ordering a second batch. I like them because they are nice and big, almost zero broken shell and stems. The seeds you buy in the store are way to salty. To cut down on the salt I buy these seed along with their no salt seeds, then mix them 50/50 and store them in gallon baggies.
