Now, it disconnects and reconnects every 60 seconds in a cycle rendering the camera completely worthless.Tried connecting it to a different router just to be sure and unfortunately that had the same result. Reset the unit, no help. Returning this one and I will buy this one again. Hopefully just mine was a dud.Was 4 stars, now only 1.Didn't expect this camera to perform as well as it does especially considering the price point. But it did everything pretty well. The APP is pretty decent but could certainly use some tweaks. A couple additional features would make the APP perfect. Setup can be done by an elderly person that can read! It IS that simple! Setup and worked great on my phone and tablet without issue. The Night Vision is weak and the 'Humanoid Face Detection' is horrific. Motion sense works well but not great. As long as those little issues don't bother you, this camera is fantastic.I used a 64 gig card and have the camera set to record ALL THE TIME, NONSTOP. At 10 days in, there is only 11 gig used so basically you will get close to 60 days of nonstop video! No need to set it up to record only when there is motion detected. I even checked to see if I could watch the first day of recording and yes, it is there. Oddly, and I do mean VERY ODDLY... if you leave a positive review on here, the company will send you a free 64 gig card for this camera....lol. Personally, I don't care about getting anything free and I rarely leave reviews but this really is a decent camera for the money. The build quality...well.... I am not so impressed with. The camera 'head', the part the PTZ is wobbly. I almost sent it back before trying it as I thought it was ready to come off. So yeah... THAT wobbly. Not sure if they are all this way but mine is but works fine. As for the microphone and built in speaker.... They are what you would expect. Not great but they are good enough. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Setup failed after several attempts. No product support. *by 2***S on Reviewed in the United States on April 2, 2019* I was unable to use this product due to setup difficulties. I kept getting an error message saying "5.0GHz not supported on this device." Apparently I have a dual router, both 5.0 GHz and 2.4 GHz, and the camera was unable to connect properly. It might work for someone with a different router that is strictly 2.4 GHz, but it is worthless to me. I tried in vain to contact heimvision support. Their website is useless, offering no contact info for the U.S. There is nothing but an email address in the owners manual. Amazon technical support was even unable to help me or provide a contact number for heimvision. I am returning the camera tomorrow. Amazon was good enough to offer me a refund.Update: I was eventually able to get the camera to work with my exiting router with help from my local cable company. Eventually, I got an email reply from heimvision. after I had the camera working. The camera did link to Alexa as advertised. So, I did upgrade my review, from one star to 3 stars.
