Review: These do work - I take them for improved performance at squash and they certainly sharpen response up and make me more alert. This is about the third box of these I’ve taken which I consume about 30 mins before going to sports club. They may make sleeping a little more difficult later in the evening but that’s hard to tell and I do wake up the following morning a little more alert in a ‘bedroom’ sort of way!!

I take them for improved performance at squash and they certainly sharpen response up and make me more alert. This is about the third box of these I’ve taken which I consume about 30 mins before going to sports club.
