The original factory exhaust manifolds are notorious for breaking, and these stainless steel headers are designed to replace those manifolds with a performance component that flows much better than stock and is backed by a limited lifetime warranty. That better exhaust flow produces noticeable gains in horsepower and torque output while increasing fuel efficiency, and gives you the peace of mind that your exhaust won't fail again. The headers are manufactured using heavy duty 14GA T304 stainless steel tubing, and super flat 3/8 inch head flanges. They are then silver ceramic coated inside and out, which looks great, drastically reduces under-hood temperatures and creates a strong barrier to protect the headers from the environment. APPLICATION SPECIFICS: 2004-2010 Ford F150, F250, F350 | 2006-10 Expedition | 5.4L | CARB legal (D-540-3).
