I use setting 2 of 10 on gas stove **Q: Chlorestorol why so high? 100 mgs?** A: I don’t know why the cholesterol is high, but save your money these have no flavor at all . It taste like cardboard. **Q: What can i substitute instead of coconut oil when making the mix?** A: I would sub any oil that you CAN have. Olive is stronger, but still ok, and avocado should work fine. Just my opinion... **Q: How many cups of the mix are in a 12 ounce/340G bag?** A: there are 8 ounces in a cup. So 1 1/2 cups.
