I sit at my desk basically all day doing school and gaming things and have never felt tired or fatigued due to lack of support or anything from the chair. The head/neck cushion is def great for resting when needed. Personally, I don’t use the lower cushion that comes with the chair, but it is of good quality as well. I did deduct one star due to the chair being squeaky pretty early on after I got it, but then again that might just be the one I got. The chair is on the firm side so don't expect super soft. It seems to be perfect for extended sitting sessions. Just the right amount of support in the right places.Only down side is if you like to sit with your legs somewhat spread apart, this may not be the chair for you. The hip wings on the seat will prevent you from comfortably doing that.Otherwise the chair is all aces. This chair gets 4 stars....
