I purchased an aftermarket 72 watt power supply for the amp to remedy this issue. If you're using this in a vehicle application you won't have worry about this as the vehicle's electrical system should provide all the amperage the amp will ask for. **Q: It has a microphone input. Plenty of volume with quality sound. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Almost Perfect *by G***2 on October 14, 2013* Honestly, I was a little hesitant to order this little amp due to the low price and some of the mixed reviews, however, after receiving it and hooking it up, I'm truly happy and content with my purchase. I paired this unit with a pair of Yamaha NS - AW350 2-Way Indoor/Outdoor speakers. The sound is outstanding. My speakers are mounted under a 18' X 21' covered deck. This is not a powerhouse amp, so don't pair it with large speakers. I think the Yamaha speakers that I purchased are probably at the threshold for what this amp can push effectively. Pros: Small and compact Quality of sound is fantastic Crazy low price For me, the blue light is not as annoying as others have said Individual Bass and Treble controls are nice to have Cons: The spring-loaded speaker terminals are a pain. I wish it had banana plugs instead to make it easier to disconnect and store. No Remote. A remote would be really nice, but considering the price, I can just get off my lazy tail and walk over to it. No rubber feet or "tits" on the bottom of the unit.
