I've got mixed feelings. First I did not lose weight with the product so that was a fail. I think this is mainly because it left me constipated. I was quite annoyed that my weight did not go down as it did work for stopping me snacking and cutting down portion size. On a number of occasions I was unable to eat for several hours because it did fill me up. The taste is fine but if you want to lose weight quickly for a special occasion or the like then probably not the best product.
