**Q: Does the 3/8 size is The same like fast food ?**
A: Well, technically... 3/8" is 1/8" larger than 1/4", since 1/4" is equal to 2/8" but who's counting???

**Q: Where can you purchase different size blades for the E-French fry cutter?**
A: Unit comes with 1/2 inch blade. Amazon also sells a 3/8 inch replacement blade, which I find more useful. I’m unaware of any other sizes being available.

**Q: If I buy this replacement blade (and don’t have the machine/pusher that it fits in), could I use it by itself to dice hard boiled eggs?**
A: It’s possible. But an actual egg cutter would be better

**Q: Do you have a 1/4 inch compatible blade for the machine?**
A: We have the 3/8" blade and it produces great, thin potato strips!  I don't know of a 1/4" blade.  If you don't already have the 3/8" blade, give it a try!

We love the size of the french fry's this cutter produces. The quality is very nice and I like that both pieces are made of metal. So far it works very well. I wish all of these blades were universal. I already own a very nice set of several sized blades but unfortunately they only work with my manual cutter and not with my new electric cutter machine.💔 I had to buy this size blade separately because it did not come included with our electric machine. This one is a nicer quality than what came with the electric cutter.
