This product said it would arrive anytime in between August 17- September 20 and I thought I should cancel, but decided to stick it out because I do have a straightener and curler at home, even if I'm not in love with the ones I have.This actually came August 10th and right in time for my birthday! The device itself is self-explanatory and comes with a mini comb and a bunch of clips to keep your hair back. I've never gotten these included with my other hair tools (probably because they were in the $20 price range) and now am wondering how I ever did anything with my hair without them. I used to think curling devices didn't work on my hair, but realize I was just not using good tools- I love this device. I plan to curl my hair more often because this device makes it so easy! I had my parts. they were completely professional, sent the second set of parts out immediately and totally took care of my concern, and I ended up with an extra set of parts because the first set arrived after the two day promise, I was told to keep it. I also ordered from this company because they took the time to add multiple pics of the product and give specific details, like the legs are made of steel and a wonderful blowout version of the image showing sizes and provided the type of information a buyer needs. this seller is top notch. now, the product. it's not fancy, it's a basic tattoo shop/ massage table it's not expensive so I wasn't expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised. all the info provided by the seller was correct. it's very firm and nicely padded, it took my spouse less than 20 minutes with the picture instructions. we were a bit worried because have seen other reviews for what appears to be the same chair and many had difficulties. we did not. it's very sturdy, I'm short so had to stretch bit to get up on the chair, but it didn't wobble or move and once up on the chair it felt solid and secure. it's nice and wide. so a larger client would be comfortable in this chair. the legs come up nicely and the back lays nice and sturdy, the arms remove easily and this seems pretty well made. for the price I would recommend this unit. the little stool that is included. it's little. really little. but the stool is well made. one of the things I want to mention is all the material covering the chair and stool have zippers. it looks like these can be removed and replaced if ripped or damaged in some way. this is easy to clean. there are designs on the chair that give it a padded look, just a simple stamped pattern on the vinyl. one on ours looks like it was double stamped, it doesn't take away from the chair and I doubt it will cause any problems, but that was the only negative thing in appearance. This is actually my second time purchasing this exact set. They are wonderfully flashy and last until you are ready to remove them. I've worn them for full weekends at music festivals with absolutely no problem.I had to knock down one star because of the way it was sent to me. I ordered 2 sets of these tattoos and they were sent to me separately in 2 relatively large boxes. For something that can be put in an envelope, it seems extremely wasteful to ship them in this manner.
