I LOVE bitter taste. Shoot I happily eat unsweetened baking chocolate before any milk chocolate. So this is a great product for me. The nibs are large and have a good deep brown color. I find that a table spoon full of these nibs is heavier( 13-14 grams compared to 11-12) than the several different brands I have used. I eat nibs most mornings on my 'cereal.' These nibs are a welcome addition to the morning boast of grains and hemp milk.
