Background: I am an Electrical engineer, and solder quite a bit for my job. Probability of a solder pad coming off on 1st try, very very low on good PCB, and much more probable on poor PCBs. They probably need to increase outer layer thickness, pick a better PCB manufacturer, drop on plated vias to hold the pad down, or slightly oversize vias and put extra solder mask over edges, or switch to a through-hole zig-zag instead of pads. Review: Not very good - You can make it work, but it's not very easy. The solder pads don't stick to spdler very easily, and you don't have access to all of the pins on each side.
