This did the trick. It could use a couple more fasteners accross the underside. The package provides one but I used three. Fortunately I had a couple extra stretch garters that keep bottom bed sheets from slipping off the mattress. Those worked well to secure the ironing board cover. I do alot of ironing each week and need a smooth finish to the fabric.
