About a month later I purchased this item to try. I didn't think anything would get the paint off and I would have to confess to my landlord, but thankfully it worked great! Sprayed, let sit a bit, then scrubbed with a wire brush. It removed the paint 100% from the stone, and even about 90% off the white cement (enough that you wouldn't notice it if you weren't looking for it). It takes some elbow grease with the wire brushes and some areas took a couple passes. Very happy with the results. Review: BEST GRAFFITI REMOVER YOU WILL FIND !! - This product will NOT damage any baked on, professionally painted surface (e.g., the side of a truck). At least this has been my experience, and I have used it for more than 10 years. Use together with very fine steel wool and a rag. It will remove that paint, if scrubbed hard. Use something soft and take off layer by layer.
