I've contacted tech support 7 or 8 times to solve a software problem (the scanner saves images in a sequentially numbered file, or at least it's supposed to) because I keep getting error messages that the file I'm trying to save to already exists. If I overwrite, I lose my last scan. I don't want to lose my last scan. I need my last scan. Long story short, the problem is solved for 50 scans or so then comes back no matter what I or tech support tries. Buy a different scanner. After 6 months of this nonsense I'm being forced to.
