This set of dishes is stylish and seems well-made. The design is pretty and cleverly designed to help one identify where portion measurements are without using a nesting cup (measuring cup). There are a good number of pieces in the set. The only thing I feel I’m missing is coffee cups. I like the written guides included with the dishes. It’s not cheap or easy to live a healthy lifestyle. This set of dishes is helpful to anyone trying to make better choices. This plate set and reducing large portions is likely cheaper than any disease one might develop from over-eating. I feel good about using these plates. No “eye-balling”, no guessing (I’m not good at either). I’m grateful to have help that doesn’t seem like judgement.
