A: Of course not, it's up to every individual to determine how may times they want to do each exercise (everyone's different), it's a very good instruction chart, and teaches you how to do each exercise correctly.

**Q: what size frame does this fit?  will it fit a 20" x 30"**
A: Since the chart is a scant 18x27”, it would fit in a 20x30” frame, with ample space. Keep in mind, that it’s a two sided chart. There are stretch exercises on both sides. Good luck.
