Review: Stable blood glucose at 1 and 2 hrs. Taste great. - OK, yes, these are not cheap. However, the chocolate mint and almond really taste good. The almond does have a bit of a coconut flavor which I like, but I don’t notice this with the chocolate mint. The best part, however, is my blood response, or lack of it. I am LADA/diabetic 1.5, not on insulin yet, and eat mostly Keto to hopefully stay that way as long as possible. My blood glucose is very sensitive to both carbs and proteins. 2 hrs ago I ate one of the chocolate mint bars (5 carbs). My blood glucose at that time was 109. 1 hr later it was 105 on my CGM. At the 2 hr Mark, I was a whopping 114 on the CGM which, when recalibrated, became 106. Conclusion, these bars do not spike glucose in someone with lousy insulin production and are therefore worth their cost for an occasional indulgent treat I did not have to make myself. Did I mention they are delicious and surprisingly filling? Will need to try the chocolate raspberry with my next order. Would be nice if they offered a variety pack. Hint. Hint

Too sweet, too chalky, bad aftertaste, etc. This bar? Don't look to it as a candy bar. It is mildly sweet, with a smooth mouthfeel. The flavors I've tried (choc mint and almond butter choc chip) are great. They go well with morning coffee, yet are sweet enough to use as a dessert. Pricey, but delightful. Highly, highly recommend.

OK, yes, these are not cheap. However, the chocolate mint and almond really taste good. The almond does have a bit of a coconut flavor which I like, but I don’t notice this with the chocolate mint. The best part, however, is my blood response, or lack of it. I am LADA/diabetic 1.5, not on insulin yet, and eat mostly Keto to hopefully stay that way as long as possible. These "Keto Krisps" by CanDo are really, REALLY delicious. I can't help but think that I'm cheating on my keto diet by eating these, even though the net carbs are actually really low! I tried the Chocolate Mint flavor, and it truly does taste like a product that has way more carbs than it actually does, and my experiences with mint chocolate snacks have almost always ended up with a high carb count. I will definitely buy it again. My ONLY reservation is the price of the product; it is a little on the pricey side–even before inflation hit–so I have to treat this product as a treat rather than as a regular go-to snack.
