Review: Great pan. Recommend highly. - Very nice pan. Originally wanted larger one (6quart) but after a bit of reflection glad we purchased this smaller one. This size limits how large portions are, creating less food waste. It was large enough for our Easter spiral ham. Pan releases food very well. Cleaning is much better than the Calphelon aluminum we replaced with this one. Very happy with product. Only issue is 1 rivet appears not to have seated flush, allowing bristles from cleaning brush to snag (minor inconvenience). Heats even and holds heat well to keep food warm for serving, very convenient for 1 pot dishes.

Very nice pan. Originally wanted larger one (6quart) but after a bit of reflection glad we purchased this smaller one. This size limits how large portions are, creating less food waste. I have the full set, pots and pans and this is my favorite of if them all. It's easy to clean, doesn't stick and it's versatile. If you could only afford one I would recommend this one. You can get in it, use it for casseroles, chili, Mac and cheese, soup, gravy, literally anything, baking, streaming, you name it.
