I can't seem to find this in the shops now. I use it for making Parkin which I make all year round, not just for bonfire night.

This oatmeal has a lovely medium grind that cooks down into a smooth and creamy porridge without losing all its texture. It’s ideal for making traditional slow-cooked oats or even using in baking recipes like flapjacks or oatcakes.The flavour is clean and natural with no bitterness and it thickens nicely without going gluey. I also appreciate that it comes in a resealable pack which helps keep it fresh in the cupboard.If you’re after a proper bag of oatmeal with great consistency and quality, this one hits the mark.
