This is a great way to cover my ducts. I have installed it with two wraps of 1" strips to provide the needed air-space. Eacy to work with and much nicer than the itchy fiberglass alternative. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Saves me over 9 gallons of oil per month!! *by A***M on February 4, 2023* I installed this in October and now it's February. have done some calculations, factoring in average temperature to calculate furnace efficiency year over year. My furnace efficiency has increased significantly since installing this, on average saving me about 9.75 gallons of oil per month. The last price I paid for oil was 4.40/gal so at that rate I'm saving about $43 a month. More if prices go back up. I got rebates for installing it, but even if I hadn't this would have paid for itself in about 3 months! Definitely recommend! It was easy to cut to size and wrap around my ducts, and then I secured it with the special tape for duct sealing (not duct tape - the shiny stuff).
