The link to that cable is found on the Q1 page on the questions about product section. The cable is called "MFi05" sold only in aliexpress and is specifically intended for the Q1 and Q5 and is not compatible with any other Dac/Amp. I changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars to be neutral since they did remove fiio compatibility from their main description and it should be compatible with the other models listed.(Original Review)The cable looks well built and the elbows are pretty strong i'm sure it would last if it worked, but it doesn't. I got it for my Fiio Q1 Mk2 because the cable that fiio provides looks very crappy and for some reason they don't sell replacements. I did some research online and everyone who is trying to replace theirs say that regular lightning to micro USB OTG cables don't work. The cable has to be made specifically for Dac/Amp's. Iv only found 3 with good reviews but are only sold in aliexpress and shipping time would be about a month. It doesn't say specifically for fiio Q1 but it does say fiio ek10 so i assume it should be compatible. And Before writing this review i saw that someone asked a question regarding the cable working the the Q1 and someone from the company responded with yes, so it should 100% work. The problem is that it doesn't work, when i received it and connected it the first time it worked, then i flipped the lightning side to make sure the cable worked 100% but it didn't do anything (only worked one way but Micro usb only plugs one way so i guess its fine). it didn't want to work the second time so I re plugged it a couple of times and it either worked then stopped, tried charging the fiio, or it did nothing. What it does that the original cable doesn't is that the charging light turns on for a second before turning blue, where as the original cable completely ignores trying to charge the Dac. ALSO AND MOST IMPORTANT, THE ELBOW WITH THE LIGHTNING PLUG GETS WARM WHILE CONNECTED, Not the cable only the elbow thick plastic part. lightning cables have chips there that do something. I contacted amazon for a replacement in case i got a faulty cable, and the replacement does even less than the first one. The first cable occasionally worked although i never actually used it because of the lightning elbow getting warm. The replacement stops the song and does nothing, the original Fiio cable re routes the audio every time even while playing.The pictures show both cables on top and the original fiio cable on the bottom for size comparison and as proof that i tried 2, the Q1 is on the right it has a black vinyl covering it with a gold sennheiser logo decal but its a regular Q1. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars This DOES support charging. *by C***K on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on March 7, 2022* I purchased this for my ZHIYUN Smooth4 gimbal (also purchased on Amazon), which has a large battery that can be used to charge the phone/camera during operation. The gimbal does not include this charging cable (they don't know which phone you use). Although the lightning plug is not at a 90-degree angle, it does not impede gimbal operation (provided you balance the gimbal per instructions). I saw some posts that this cable would not allow for charging, so I was hesitant to try it. No stupid adapter or work arounds like other online articles suggested. Did not have to buy some usb card adapter or whatever they suggested.Now the sound quality, to me it sounds fine. At loud volumes, i dont hear any noise.
