The fan speed is so slow that it will not even provide cooling in medium heat also. It just works as a stand for the laptop. The fan speed is so slow that you will not be able to feel a slight breeze when you keep your hand over the pad to test it. It just acts as an elevated stand for my laptop, and nothing else.The seller also is so clever that they have not added the policy of return in this product. He contacted me and asked to remove my feedback, but I told him the issue that description is misguiding then he smartly modified the description and replied me that "no sir, description is correct only" :).Please do not believe on good comments.
