These are local stations with some network affiliations. I imagine it could pick cable channels such as ESPN, TNT, etc if connected to a cable provider. I didn't try that. **Q: Can i connect a camra to it** A: no, not unless you a rf converter to connect to your camera and then set to a channel the TV can recieve **Q: is it work in Brazil?** A: Looking at a map of NTSC/PAL/SECAM use (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:PAL-NTSC-SECAM.svg), Brazil was PAL. So it probably won't -- I suggest calling a local Brazilian tv store and ask if an American TV works there (or Brazilian TV works in America). Or better call a TV station and ask for "engineering". My pictures were very clear, I would recommend, and did buy an additional one. ### ⭐⭐ I can't tell if it's new or a refurb TV *by A***T on October 5, 2014* My RCA TV came with several scratches on the screen, but it was sold as a new item. Most electronic items with screens, like cell phones, TVs, and monitors, usually come from the factory with a protective magnetic cling film over the screen, but my TV didn't have it, so I think it was refurbished. If this is how new RCA TVs come from the factory, their quality control has seriously lapsed. The TV reception was weak, and I don't know if it was weak because it was defective/refurbished, or if the tiny antenna is inadequate. (I live in Oakland, CA, a big city, so TV reception is usually pretty good for my other TVs with rabbit ear antennas.)Thankfully, the seller processed a full refund and I am returning the TV.
