Zamp provides USA based support, respond to emails and help you with every step of install and trouble shooting.I've purchased 2 systems for 2 different RVs as well as a portable 90 watt panel to supplement my current system. The hardest part of the install was trying to figure out the best routing for the cable from rooftop to controller.I can tell you that from my experience, there is no better product for the applications that I am using Zamp products for.
