My 8 yr old granddaughter ordered this item with a gift card...she was very excited as this was her first on-line ordering experience. After two weeks of tracking it "in transit", we were informed (in reply to our inquiry) that it was lost in transit. Needless to say, she was very disappointed by the whole experience.
