They sound great...for the first 3 minutes they're inserted in my ear. Then, they slowly creep out and the sound goes downhill. It drove me nuts that I had these cool headphones and I couldn't use them without jamming them into my brain to listen to a single song. Enter these little gems. The small earhook size along with the small ear gels that came with my LG HBS-800 fit my ears perfectly. They do a great job of keeping the buds in my ears and make the base response of the headphones amazing! They even stayed in when I thrashed my head around trying to make them fall out. I also have fairly small ears and they're a little oily too . They still stayed firmly in place and the sound quality remained good.
