I've had other cases that had rubber at the corners which I didn't think provided much protection from drops so I searched for something that had something sturdier at the corners. I haven't dropped my phone yet so I'm not sure how resilient the case is (and I'm not about to try either). I like that this case is green (my favorite color) and it's a slim profile. I would definitely recommend it. Make sure you check which carrier it's for. I need more grip on the corners and edges of the phone, not the back side. The kickstand is very difficult to pop open. The rubbery part smells really weird. Overall it feels pretty cheap, but for the price what should I expect? It fits my phone well and doesn't pop off. It's protected it some and all the necessary ports are accessible. I don't use the holster but it slides in and out of there with a little bit of effort. The holster has a good hold on the phone. The green piece is starting to loose its form and I have only removed it once since I bought this almost 2 months ago. Love the look and feel. It decreases the slippery of my G2 preventing a ton of drops so far.
