A: I don’t believe it is! Doesn’t seem the same to me & I didn’t care for it...

A: It is menthol, but if you’re used to the green Afrin pump, this isn’t anything like it. I didn’t care for this brand at all, went straight back to afrin. It isn’t as effective.
