The secret is to install the rubber grommet first. Then press the light fixture into the grommet. Now press in the grommet to spread it into place. There are tiny ears that hold it in place that only lock in when the grommet is pressed in. Done! These backup lights are very bright to make up for the driver behind you that isn’t so bright. When confronted by these bright reverse lights, they will realize they got too close and make every effort to back out of your way! ### ⭐ Not worth purchasing *by M***N on Reviewed in the United States on March 12, 2019* Terrible product. Cheaply made, and the desciption of the product is inaccurate. These lights will only work on a flat surface over 5 inches round, and the lights will have to be glued in place to stay where you want them mounted. On top of that the product is apparently from Thailand.
