I ended up using "Acurel F" which is an organicly based quick fix product that once you start using it, you have use it EVERY day. And it's not cheep either. But what happened was my filters started growing this weird alge and the particles that that stuff would clump together started to gather like crazy all over everything. It was disgusting! Don't recommend that product at all even though for a few hours you get pretty water. It's also mildly acidic, and I used too much and some of my fish died :-( so I found this great stuff and it has been working like a charm. Slow process, but it did have A LOT of organic matter to start clearing out of my tank. Very happy so far and I'm on day 4 after the 2nd treatment on the evening of day 3. It doing its job for sure, and I feel so relieved. I will FINALLY have a pretty tank again. Highly suggested by me to you if need help with the water clarity. This only works with bacteria blooms, excess debris and pretty much New Tank Syndrome. This is not for particles in water. Rocks or ornamental items may give off a dust like condition making water hazy.
