Poor finger....long story short even after many uses they are still sharp as can be! They slice right through thick watermelon making for happy kids!!! I LOVE how light weight they are too. Sometimes knives can be heavy and as a woman it’s nice to have more lightweight and easy to hold knives. I had the global knives which costs thousands and these definitely out performed them and for the price I couldn’t be happier.
