Although I had my doubts as to the support being built into the shirt, it actually has helped with my posture. It fit as expected. Did wash it upon receipt as there was a strong smell, but must have been manufacturing or packaging related as it has gone away. I wear this over a compression camisole, instead of directly like a shirt. Makes a bit tighter, but given where I am in the process and don't want to have to launder after each wearing, I wear it like a jacket than as a shirt. It works for me.
