## Questions & Answers

**Q: Are the inside of the loops padded?  If so, what type of padding?**
A: Yes, they are padded with soft but "grippy" foam.  They have been holding up well to months of my hard use now.  Love using this product on my arm days.

**Q: Does the hook have a clip. Some show a clip others don't**
A: Mine did not have a clip just the ring to clip into but that is what I liked as my gym has clips on the end of the cables.

**Q: Difference between these and the Lite version ?**
A: The LITE model is individual handles, where the PRO model has two handles together.

**Q: what is the overall length of the item?**
A: Each side of the handle measured from point of resistance is 16"
