I do wish there was a way to use by vacuum sealer and remove the air in the bag. But the best I could do is use a hot iron and seal all but a very small area large enough to insert one of the oxygen absorbers and then squeeze the bag and seal that remaining corner with the iron. These seem to be very thick and strong bags. Review: Perfect for longer term storage - Perfect for most items although if you are facing things with sharp edges, a freezer bag liner will help the mylar resist punctures. I would probably purchase again anyways. These are for packaging rice so that bugs and moisture stay out of it. I really needed all 100 so I took off 1 star. Otherwise it appears good.
