Immediately relieved hip pain from the side to side, unevenness of a walking boot. Only thing I could see needing improvement is the Velcro strap across top. Either a second ring to pull to pull or shortened length. My only issue is with the way it attaches to my shoe. It needs to come over the top of the toe of my shoe. The strap across the top is insufficient.
