Instead of screws to floor, I used one side of VELCRO strips to attach to capet pad. Radio display angle fully adjustable between mount angle and additional bracket mounting angle. I was able to set display angle perfectly. Yes, had to drill two new holes in radio bracket to fit to mount but was a minor issue at best! Review: The perfect mounting solution - I purchased this mount for a Yaesu FT-2900 that I wanted to mount in my truck. When I first pulled it out of the box, I thought it must have been a mistake. This mount looks TINY! I mounted it in the truck on the hump and was surprised at how solid it was. it took a little fitting to get the radio on the mount, but it looks great and is stable even on the rough roads.
