I have had several surgeries an really needed something reliable with real like massaging. I read through ALL of the massagers. That was taking too long for my discomfort so I just had to decide. I feel like it was one of the best decisions I ever made. Ever:-) I turned it on and I wasn't ready. Omgoodness it was exactly what I wanted and needed. Some will compain about the heat not being hot enough and it's only 15min a session. Well...you really shouldn't be using heat at all, ice is the better thing to do and healthier for your muscles. With this you only need a 15min session as you should give your muscles a break, especially if you are using the heat. Do like me, switch a body part....legs, back, thighs it can be used on all. You also want to give the device a break. For the price it is awesome(it did go up $5 since my purchase) but totally worth it. I haven't even switched settings yet, just hit the power button. After a few minutes it automatically changes directions and somehow is a totally different feeling. 10 mins in I immediately order one for my bestie :-) I don't get a thrill out of internet shopping and reading reviews, so I hope I answered the questions you would think of.
