I just used a narrow flat blade screwdriver to pop up the bottom end (in the notch). That started the removal, but then I had to run my thumbnail down both sides in the crack started at the notch end, and it popped right off. **Q: Do you need Internet?** A: Internet is not needed. Just plug the piece that plays music into a wall socket. There's a button there and you can choose which sound/music you like best. There's also several volume options and mute if you need to turn the sound off. The doorbell can be hung outside with the sticky piece that's included or with screws. How do I fixed this?** A: You have it on mute. While on mute you won't hear it but you will see the flashing light.
