The plastic has a subtle texture and the coloration is such a welcome change. I was so happy to see something that was not all black or silver/white. There is a surprising amount of weight to this keyboard so it feels like something worth more than the price tag.I have always been picky about keyboards having started with an IBM model M. This is no model M, but it is less than 1/3 the price of the Unicomp I nearly ordered. The feel is like any expensive keyboard that uses a version of blue switches.Let’s talk sound. I love a loud keyboard. This one is not as high pitched as my wife’s Redragon and has a great depth of sound that I feel my video did not pick up well. While typing, you not only get the click of the switch, but a cupped plastic sound undertone. The audible feedback makes typing an enjoyable experience.
